Seiri : Sort - separate necessary items from unnecessary ones
Seiton : Set in order - organize items for easy access
Seiso : Shine - clean the workplace and equipment

Organizational Support:
Establish 5S promotion leadership team and working groups
Appoint 5S coordinators in each department
Implementation Steps:
Awareness Training (immediately): Conduct staff training and set up information boards
Pilot Area Development (Sept 22-Oct 15): Implement in key model areas
Full Implementation (Oct 16 onwards): Roll out across all departments
Inspection & Evaluation: Monthly assessments integrated into performance reviews
