Recently, HYNEE held a team leader symposium, focusing on the 2025 strategic goal of "Blooming Upward and Taking Root Downward" and the company's three-year plan for the future. At present, with the continuous increase of domestic and foreign orders for Vertical lifts,HYNEE has entered a new stage of development.

          Teams are the basic units for enterprises to organize production and business activities. The quality of team leader management will directly affect the production progress and product quality of the company,especially in the vertical mast boom lifts industry. "Taking Root Downward" means that teams need to strengthen basic management, and steadily move forward in various aspects such as personnel training, material control, and equipment maintenance. In terms of personnel management, team leaders need to focus on strengthening the skills training of team members, regularly organize internal training courses, and carry out one-on-one assistance for new employees to improve the overall operation skills level and reduce production delays caused by unskilled personnel operations. In terms of material management, close cooperation with the purchasing department should be carried out to ensure the timely, high-quality and sufficient supply of materials, avoiding production delays due to material shortages. At the same time, optimize material inventory management, reduce inventory costs, and minimize waste. For equipment maintenance, establish a strict daily equipment inspection system to promptly detect and solve potential fault hazards, improve the stability and reliability of equipment, and ensure the continuity of production.

     "Blooming Upward" is reflected in the improvement of production efficiency and product quality, which is directly related to the company's order delivery and market competitiveness. To improve production efficiency, rationally adjust the process sequence, improve the fluency and synergy of production operations, and thus shorten the product production cycle. In terms of improving product quality, strengthen the quality awareness of all employees, refine quality standards to every production link, require team members to strictly operate according to standards, conduct quality control for each process, and reduce the generation of defective products from the source. At the same time, establish a quality reward mechanism to reward members who perform outstandingly in quality control, and stimulate the enthusiasm of team members to improve product quality.
