This week, the entire international trade team has been stationed at the factory for a 4-day intensive training program, aiming to comprehensively upgrade their professional competence and service efficiency through on-site production line learning and hands-on practice with trade tools.
The training focuses on two core modules: On one hand, the team has immersed themselves in the production workshop, where technical staff guided them to systematically study equipment manufacturing processes, core component functions, and quality inspection standards. From material selection to final assembly and debugging, they participated in every step, gaining a direct understanding of product performance advantages and technical details—laying a solid foundation for accurately addressing customer needs and answering technical inquiries in the future. On the other hand, specialized training sessions were held for practical application of full-process foreign trade tools, covering cross-border logistics tracking systems, multilingual quotation tools, and international compliance document generation platforms. Through simulating real business scenarios, the team enhanced their operational proficiency.
"Moving the classroom into the factory and connecting theory with practice allows the trade team to truly become a bridge between production and the market," said the training supervisor. This immersive learning experience not only deepened the team’s in-depth understanding of products but also improved business response efficiency through tool empowerment, laying a solid groundwork for better serving global customers and facilitating order fulfillment.
It is reported that a practical assessment will be conducted after the training to verify learning outcomes, ensuring that knowledge and skills are effectively transformed into service capabilities.
