In previous issues of our Product Spotlight series, we have covered self-propelled, push-around and outrigger-equipped platforms. This issue features something special-the Hi4C tracked vertical mast lift, one of the few models in the HYNEE lineup that "wears tracks". An electric tracked chassis combined with a single mast brings all-terrain passability and compact indoor agility together in one machine. If your site is hard to traverse, this is the one to watch.
Compared with wheels, tracks offer a larger ground-contact area and lower ground pressure - and lower pressure means better passability. Wet ground, soft soil, slopes, steps and door thresholds can all be crossed with stability, with a maximum gradeability of 25%. With a ground clearance of 40 mm, a track width of 150 mm and a wheelbase of 1.15 m, the machine keeps a low center of gravity and sure footing for smooth travel. Power comes from a high-torque AC asynchronous motor with strong starting torque, while the parking brake holds the machine firmly on slopes - no sliding, no risk. Travel speed is 2 km/h stowed and 0.8 km/h elevated: a measured pace, with safety first.
Overall length 1.47m, width 0.77m and stowed height 1.75m, with a minimum turning radius of zero - the machine rotates in place. That means standard doorways, passenger and freight elevators, workshop corners, narrow aisles, passages between machines and the ends of racking aisles are all precisely reachable. Many wheeled platforms have to shuffle back and forth at corners; the tracked model turns on the spot. The difference in relocation efficiency lies in details like these.
The maximum platform height is 3.8 m and the maximum working height is 5.8 m; the platform measures 1.35 x 0.75 m with a safe working load of 200 kg, accommodating two occupants indoors. One lift, two-person teamwork - lamp maintenance, piping installation, equipment servicing and cleaning are done in one go.
HYNEE never gambles on safety, and this machine carries multiple layers of protection. Burst-hose protection: if a hose fails unexpectedly, the circuit seals itself within milliseconds, eliminating the risk of hydraulic oil spray. Emergency lowering: dual electrical and mechanical assurance brings the platform smoothly back down even after a sudden power loss, so occupants reach the ground safely. Smart charging protection: triple safeguards against overcharge, over-discharge and overheating, with a 24 V/100 Ah battery paired with a 24 V/15 A charger - ready whenever needed. And with the parking brake as the final safeguard, parking and working on slopes are worry-free.
The hydraulic multi-stage cylinder is directly driven, with transmission efficiency above 90% - simple in structure, low in failure rate, stable in operation and longer in service life. The multi-stage design allows the cylinder to be pulled out easily for inspection without major disassembly. The intelligent fault diagnosis system gives precise fault codes when anomalies occur, making troubleshooting fast and efficient - no guesswork. A manual pump allows emergency lifting during a power outage, so work is never delayed. A dedicated inspection rod inserted into the inspection hole firmly supports the machine, making servicing safer and easier.
Wheeled or Tracked?
In one sentence: for level, indoor-dominant sites, wheeled models are nimbler; for sites with slopes, thresholds or complex ground conditions, the tracked Hi4C is the steadier choice. A live machine awaits you at the show - come and push it, spin it, lift it, and feel the all-terrain confidence of the tracked chassis.
The Hi4C puts HYNEE’s philosophy of "compact body, infinite possibility" onto the tracked chassis: electric tracks solve traction, rotation in place solves confined spaces, multiple safety systems provide redundancy, and multi-stage cylinders solve maintenance. The machine is certified to European SGS and CE standards and is sold to domestic, European and North American markets.
November 24-27, BAUMA CHINA 2026 - visit HYNEE at Booth E.09. The Hi4C will be running live: come and push it, spin it and lift it yourself, and feel the all-terrain confidence behind its 5.8 m working height.
