In indoor environments such as factories, warehouses and commercial venues, working at height is rarely a question of how high a machine can reach. The real difficulty is stability and flexibility: aisles are narrow, piping is dense, obstacles are everywhere, and the machine still has to get in, lift up and reach the work.
The HYNEE Hi11T was built for exactly these conditions — a self-propelled aerial work platform with a telescopic sleeve structure.
The Hi11T uses a telescopic sleeve structure: several sleeve sections nest inside one another and guide each other section by section, so the load is transferred smoothly along the axis of the structure. The result is high rigidity and minimal sway throughout the lift, which keeps the platform steady even at its maximum working height of 11.2 m, where operators need confidence in every movement.
Proportional controls and an automatic braking system keep lifting, lowering and travel smooth and predictable.
The turntable rotates through 345°, and the jib elevates through a 130° range. Together with 3 m of horizontal reach and 7.89 m of up-and-over height, the platform can cross piping, machinery and racking to reach a point directly above an obstacle.
Zero tail swing and an inside turning radius of just 0.23 m let the machine turn easily between production lines and narrow aisles. One set-up covers a wide working area, so there is no repeated repositioning — and the job moves faster.
At 1 m wide, 2.53 m long and 1.99 m high when stowed, the Hi11T passes through narrow doors and aisles without difficulty. Full-height travel allows the machine to be driven both stowed and elevated: 4.5 km/h when stowed and 0.5 km/h when elevated, balancing fast relocation against safety at height.
Non-marking tyres protect epoxy floors and tiled surfaces, so the machine is equally at home in malls, hotels, airports and clean workshops.
Safety. Dual emergency stops at platform and ground level, anti-misoperation controls, overload sensing, pothole protection, steering angle sensing, hose burst valves and a tilt alarm. In a power failure, three independent systems — emergency lowering of the main structure, a jib emergency lowering knob and a manual hydraulic power unit — allow key functions such as lifting, lowering and steering to be operated by hand, so operators can always get back down.
Maintenance. Maintenance-free AC drive wheels, maintenance-free batteries, swing-out side covers, a ground-level diagnostic panel, and standard fork pockets and lifting lugs. Daily inspection, servicing and loading for transport all take less effort.
Servicing equipment above production lines; inspection of piping and cable trays; picking and stocktaking on high-bay racking; ceiling lighting and suspended ceilings in malls, hotels and exhibition halls; and any indoor manufacturing or maintenance task where floor cleanliness matters.
The Hi11T is certified to European SGS and CE standards and is sold alongside the HYNEE range across China, Europe and North America. To find out more, visit us at BAUMA CHINA 2026, Booth E.09, from 24 to 27 November — and try the machine for yourself.
