Industrial plants and commercial buildings alike are full of work faces tucked behind or above pipework, machinery and racking: the access route is narrow, obstacles are dense, and conventional aerial work platforms simply cannot get in — nor can operators reach the work face by hand. The HYNEE Hi10 forklift-style vertical mast lift is engineered for precisely these conditions. With a 1 m chassis width, it drives through narrow doors and aisles right up to the work face, while the jib reaches over pipes and equipment to place the platform exactly where it is needed.
At the heart of the Hi10 is a heavy-duty forklift-style mast — a lifting structure proven in industrial applications for decades, with high structural rigidity, long service life, low maintenance cost and excellent parts commonality. The mast handles vertical lifting while the jib provides horizontal reach. Working together, they deliver a platform that is rigid in the vertical axis and capable of reaching across obstacles in the horizontal axis.
Compared with conventional vertical mast lifts, the forklift-style structure offers greater rigidity and a larger load margin. Roller guidance between mast sections ensures smooth, low-wear elevation; combined with a 356° continuous turntable, a single set-up covers a wide working area. The Hi series is HYNEE's vertical mast range, and the Hi10 is positioned to deliver a balanced combination of height, outreach and capacity within a compact chassis.
Dual-axis tilt sensing. The jib's upper and lower limit angles are fed back in real time by the electrical system, so the working angle stays under control throughout the operation rather than relying on mechanical hard stops — preventing over-angle operation at source.
3.51 m horizontal reach, ±60° swing and 120° lift. These figures underpin the Hi10's ability to work over obstacles: the jib reaches over pipework, clears machinery and positions the platform precisely against a wall, so operators no longer have to work around equipment from an awkward angle.
Jib emergency lowering switch. In the event of a power failure or other extreme condition, the jib can be lowered manually and gradually, so no operator is left stranded at height. The 356° continuous turntable then allows a single set-up to cover a wide working area, reducing the number of repositioning moves.
The platform control is fitted with a foot switch: the pedal must be pressed before any function can be actuated, ruling out accidental activation by design. The self-locking platform gate locks automatically once the operator is inside, preventing it from opening unexpectedly during work. If the turntable is rotated beyond its range, a direction confirmation sensor requires the operator to verify the position before operation can continue.
An overload sensor monitors platform load in real time and, once the limit is exceeded, alarms and locks out the functions. A tilt alarm warns the operator when machine inclination exceeds its limit. Before travel or lifting, the automatic pothole protection system checks the ground for holes, preventing a wheel from dropping in and causing a tip-over.
Every chain section at the mast end is fitted with a sensor that continuously monitors slack, removing the risk of a fall caused by a loose chain. The jib's dual-axis tilt sensing keeps the boom operating within safe angles at all times, and the cylinders are fitted with burst-valve protection.
Emergency stop, mast emergency lowering, jib emergency lowering and manual brake release together form a complete escape path in the event of a power failure or fault. A harness anchor point is provided inside the platform, while fixed lifting points on the machine facilitate lifting and rigging into position.
Operation. The platform uses proportional joystick control that allows two functions to be performed simultaneously, with joystick force corresponding linearly to movement speed — so lifting, travel and rotation are smooth, predictable and easy to learn. The ground control panel with LCD display lets personnel on the ground monitor and operate travel, lift and turntable functions.
Maintenance. A 24V/220Ah maintenance-free battery paired with AC drive motors — brushless, continuously variable, zero-emission and low-noise — suits shopping centres, hotels and clean workshops alike. Roller guides between mast sections require no lubrication; cylinders can be removed without dismantling the mast; and non-marking tyres leave no trace on marble or epoxy floors.
Industrial plants: steel structure maintenance, pipework installation and repair. Warehousing and logistics: high-rack picking, lighting and fire-protection system maintenance. Commercial buildings: atrium ceilings, lighting and curtain wall maintenance. Exhibition fit-out: any task that demands precise positioning around obstacles.
From 24 to 27 November, BAUMA CHINA 2026 will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. HYNEE will present a range of indoor and outdoor aerial work platforms, including models from the Hi series. An upgraded model featuring the newly updated 360° rotation function will be on site for live machine demonstrations.
Existing and new customers and industry colleagues are warmly invited to visit the HYNEE stand — we look forward to welcoming you at Booth E.09, Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
