HYNEE will showcase the Hi6T at BAUMA CHINA 2026. Its central promise — steady, controlled work at height — is built into a single telescopic mast. The machine offers a maximum working height of 7.92 m, a body width of 0.81 m and a rated load of 200 kg. Our team refers to it as the light cavalry, a name that captures its character well: light in weight and agile in movement, yet engineered for precision tasks that demand dependable support.
Chain-driven mast lifts rely on chains to raise the platform. Chains stretch over time, wear under load and require regular tensioning to remain within specification. The Hi6T removes this wear-prone link altogether. Twin hydraulic cylinders drive the telescopic mast in synchronisation, distributing the load evenly across both sides so the structure stays balanced through every stage of the ascent.
The arrangement also provides a useful safety margin. If hydraulic pressure is interrupted, the cylinders continue to carry the load and cushion the movement, preventing hard mechanical shocks. Lateral sway therefore remains well controlled even at the maximum platform height of 5.92 m. Operators feel no jolting or vibration, and that stability is precisely what allows precision work to stay precise. With fewer moving parts and no chain tension to adjust, routine maintenance is also simpler and faster.
Stowed, the Hi6T measures 1.45 × 0.81 × 1.98 m and weighs 1,260 kg. Its 0.81 m width allows it to pass through standard doorways, passenger elevators and racking aisles without difficulty. The 1.98 m stowed height means the machine can travel between floors in a passenger elevator, with no disassembly and no crane required. For transfer across the plant, the entire unit can be handled by forklift. Cross-floor and cross-site deployment therefore takes very little planning.
The standard platform measures 1.35 × 0.75 m. This version adds an extending section that slides 0.437 m forward, bringing the total platform depth to approximately 1.79 m. Working beneath outdoor air-conditioning units or ventilation ducting often leaves a gap of no more than half a meter, which places the target just beyond the reach of an operator standing at the platform edge. Once the extension is deployed, that area becomes accessible without repositioning the chassis.
The extension travels with the main platform and remains rigid underfoot when extended, so stepping on and off or handling materials feels natural. In daily site work, avoiding a single repositioning commonly saves around half an hour of labour time.
The electronic and mechanical systems are designed to complement each other, covering the most common risks in the specific scenario where each one arises:
Main parameters of the other two models in the series:
These dimensions translate directly into access on site. Standard doorways, passenger elevators and racking aisles can all be negotiated, and forklift transfer is straightforward. At full height, the machine can still travel at 0.8 km/h, which allows fine positioning without lowering and raising the platform again. The series also includes the AMWP4-6110 and the AMWP4.8-6110. Together with the Hi6T, they cover platform heights from 3.8 m to 6 m, so a model can be matched to site height and budget without difficulty.
The Hi6T translates HYNEE's product philosophy — a compact body with unlimited possibilities — into concrete engineering. The twin-cylinder telescopic mast provides stability, the extension platform extends reach, the intelligent safety system adds backup protection, and the compact chassis ensures access. The machine holds SGS and CE certification for the European market and is sold in China, Europe, North America and other regions.
BAUMA CHINA 2026 runs from 24 to 27 November at HYNEE booth E.09. The Hi6T will be operating live throughout the show. Visitors are invited to extend the platform themselves and to see how stable the telescopic mast remains at a working height of almost 8 meters.
