8,000㎡ New Factory Set to Launch: Relocation and Upgrade in Full Swing to Lay a Solid Foundation for Quality and Efficiency

            Compared with the old factory, the new one not only has a significantly expanded space capacity but also reconstructs the hardware layout around the concept of "efficient production and precise quality control". On one hand, newly purchased production and processing equipment, including multiple sets of advanced CNC machine tools, is being successively delivered to the site for commissioning. These machines have significantly improved automated precision and processing efficiency compared with traditional equipment, enabling them to meet the production needs of more complex components. On the other hand, the specially planned machine testing area has completed its infrastructure construction. It will conduct all-dimensional verification of the performance parameters and operational stability of each piece of equipment through standardized testing procedures, ensuring product quality from the source.

The commissioning of the new factory is not just an expansion of space, but a comprehensive upgrade of the production system, said the project manager. Every step, from equipment renewal to area planning, is centered on "improving quality and efficiency". Later, as the relocation and commissioning work is completed, the new factory will achieve dual breakthroughs in capacity release and quality control, laying a solid foundation for undertaking larger-scale orders and accelerating market response speed.

             At present, the installation and commissioning of core production equipment have entered a critical stage. It is expected that the overall relocation and commissioning will be completed by the middle of September, marking the official start of a new chapter in the company’s production and operation.
