On September 22, 2026, HYNEE held a specialized hydraulic system training at its in-house training center. The session was led by a senior expert from its long-term hydraulic supplier. Engineers from R&D, process, production, quality, and after-sales attended the full program. Beyond knowledge sharing, the training marked a clear step forward for HYNEE’s technical teams. It helped unify hydraulic cylinder standards across design, production, quality, and service; improved cross-department communication; and strengthened the team’s ability to turn supplier specifications into practical inspection and assembly controls.
Hydraulic systems power lifting and boom movements on HYNEE aerial work platforms. Their reliability directly affects load capacity, operating smoothness, and safety redundancy. Cylinder leakage, valve inconsistency, or oil contamination can cause unstable operation. For HYNEE, hydraulic competence is a quality-control priority.
Centered on the hydraulic cylinder, the training covered specifications and structure, establishing a unified technical language across departments. Performance requirements included minimum starting pressure, internal and external leakage against national standards, low-pressure external leakage, pressure resistance, cushioning, and stroke limits. Selection parameters covered operating speed, oil temperature, maximum load, load ratio, push-pull force, and volumetric efficiency. Valve principles, durability evaluation, chrome-plating thickness, and cylinder elastic performance were also explained. Quality and sourcing alignment—warranty structure and the balance between quality and cost—was discussed.
Practical inspection was a highlight. Using an ultrasonic flaw detector and a micro moisture detector for oil, the trainer demonstrated internal defect detection and oil contamination assessment. The session also showed how a spectrometer and salt spray test chamber support material verification and corrosion resistance checks. These methods give HYNEE’s quality team actionable techniques for incoming inspection and quality control process.
The training was interactive. Participants discussed cylinder selection, assembly and commissioning, fault diagnosis, and after-sales maintenance against real HYNEE machine conditions. For R&D and process engineering, the outcome is more precise hydraulic cylinder specifications and a more disciplined design language. For production and quality, it means recalibrated incoming inspection and tighter assembly control. For after-sales, it is a systematic upgrade in field-problem readiness.Continuous technical precipitation ensures product safety and quality.
This strengthens HYNEE in three ways. First, more accurate selection: shared understanding of load ratio and push-pull force helps match hydraulic systems to real applications. Second, stronger incoming inspection: ultrasonic and oil testing screen defects before assembly. Third, faster after-sales diagnosis: service engineers can separate cylinder issues from valve faults, reducing downtime.
HYNEE will translate the training into concrete actions across design, incoming inspection, assembly, and after-sales service, while maintaining regular technical exchanges with supply-chain partners. As bauma CHINA 2026 approaches, HYNEE is strengthening its technical fundamentals and quality standards to welcome global customers and partners.
