Introducing Lean Production to Build the Excellent Competitiveness of the Enterprise

We are committed to improving quality and providing prompt services, making every piece of HYNEE equipment a reliable tool for you to tackle challenges at the worksite.

In the process of developing into a large-scale enterprise, ensuring customer delivery schedules, improving product quality, and providing customers with safer equipment, "blooming upwards and taking root downwards" has become our key theme for 2025. With the empowerment of lean management, we have a more precise means to achieve our goals. 

This year's lean production project, in combination with our actual situation, mainly focuses on: order management, product quality improvement, on-site 5S management, and the establishment of a quality culture of continuous improvement involving all employees. 

During the process of promoting lean production, the general manager has also put forward four requirements:

1. Lean production is one of our company's future development strategies, and all employees must attach great importance to it. Everyone must firmly believe in promoting lean production during the improvement process.

2. Strengthen learning and training to truly master various concepts and methods of lean production. During the time when the teachers are on-site for guidance, we must make full preparations in advance, communicate with the teachers with our questions, and truly implement them in our own practices.

3. Seek truth from facts. We should have the courage to expose our actual situation in front of the teachers and not hide our flaws. Only by exposing the problems can we solve them. All problems are the company's problems, but every step of improvement will be the credit and progress of each of you.

4. Implement the measures. All lean production work needs to be integrated into our actual work. All tasks of lean production must be completed on time and with guaranteed quality.

Looking ahead, HYNEE will continue to deepen the concept of lean production, keep exploring and innovating, further enhance the company's comprehensive strength, create greater value for customers, and contribute positively to the development of the industry.
