During this process, the trust and tacit understanding among team members deepened continuously. The communication barriers that might have existed were broken, replaced by smoother communication and collaboration. Everyone deeply experienced the power of "when everyone adds firewood, the flame burns high." This group of members with common goals but different personalities fully leveraged their own advantages: some coordinated the overall situation with excellent organizational skills, some solved problems with professional knowledge and skills, and others inspired morale with an optimistic and positive attitude. Working together with one heart and one mind, they finally overcame numerous difficulties. These experiences made team members more aware that in foreign trade business, when facing the complex and ever-changing international market and customer needs, only by uniting as one can various challenges be addressed.

After the team building, everyone expressed that they had gained a lot.
